1.1 Agreement
By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

BlessPay is a digital platform that allows individuals and organizations—such as churches, groups, or communities—to collect and manage contributions, pledges, and donations securely through integrated payment partners.
1.3 Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
2. ABOUT BLESSPAY
2.1 Service Description
BlessPay is a digital donation platform that allows:
- Members (Donors) to donate to verified organizations
- Organizations to receive and manage donations
2.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Paystack. BlessPay does not hold or store your funds.

2. ABOUT BLESSPAY
2.1 Service Description
BlessPay is a digital donation platform that allows:
- Members (Donors) to donate to verified organizations
- Organizations to receive and manage donations
2.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Paystack. BlessPay does not hold or store your funds.
2.3 Geographic Scope
BlessPay operates only in Ghana and uses Ghana Cedis (GHS).
3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1 Members
You must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Provide accurate registration details
- Have legal capacity to contract
3.2 Organizations
Organizations must:
- Be legally registered in Ghana
- Have valid documents and bank account
- Complete verification successfully
Individuals cannot collect donations — only verified organizations can.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
You must:
- Use accurate information
- Protect your login details
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
We may suspend accounts for fraud, violations, or legal requirements.
5. ORGANIZATION VERIFICATION
5.1 Verification Tiers
Basic:
- Certificate, TIN, bank verification, Ghana Card
- Limits: GHS 5,000 per transaction / GHS 20,000 daily
Standard:
- Includes Basic plus address proof and secondary signatory
- Limits: GHS 20,000 per transaction / GHS 100,000 daily
Trusted:
- Includes Standard plus sanctions and enhanced reviews
- Limits: GHS 50,000 per transaction / GHS 500,000 daily
6. PAYMENT PROCESSING AND FEES
6.1 Accepted Methods
- Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo)
- Debit and credit cards
6.2 Fees
Donor Fees:
- 1% mandatory mobile money fee
- 1.5% optional platform fee
Organization Fees:
- If donor does not cover fees, 1.5% is deducted
- If donor covers fees, organization receives full amount
Minimum fee: GHS 0.50
6.3 Payouts
Settlements occur through Paystack, typically within 24–48 hours
7. USER CONDUCT
You must NOT:
- Use the platform for fraud or money laundering
- Misrepresent organizations
- Hack or disrupt the system
- Collect funds personally
- Violate Ghanaian laws
Violations may result in suspension, reporting, or legal action.
8. DONATIONS AND REFUNDS
All donations are final except:
- Fraud
- Legal requirements
- Exceptional cases
Refunds must be requested within 7 days.
Organizations are responsible for chargebacks.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
BlessPay owns the platform content and branding. You may not reuse content without permission.
User-uploaded content may be used by BlessPay to operate the platform.
10. PRIVACY AND DATA
Use of the Platform is governed by the Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard security but cannot guarantee total security
11. DISCLAIMERS
The service is offered “as is.” We are not responsible for Paystack or third-party failures. We do not guarantee how organizations use funds.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BlessPay is not liable beyond the greater of:
- Fees paid in last 12 months, or
- GHS 1,000
We are not liable for indirect or third-party losses.
13. INDEMNITY
You agree to protect BlessPay from losses caused by:
- Your misuse of the Platform
- Your legal violations
- Fraud related to your account
14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Contact support@blesspay.app first before legal action. Governing law: Republic of Ghana. Disputes go to arbitration in Accra, Ghana.
No class action lawsuits permitted.
15.GENERAL TERMS
These Terms form the full agreement. If any part is invalid, the rest still applies.
We may transfer our rights. You may not without consent.
Force majeure events are excluded from liability.
